About the Course
The Collective Anchor
When the world shifts, the family must find a new way to stand. We don’t just process the crisis; we protect the connection.
Whether it is the quiet grief of a loss, the seismic shock of a transition, or the heavy shadow of a shared trauma, life has a way of fragmenting even the strongest families. In the wake of job loss, sickness, or a move to a new country, the individual members often retreat into their own silos of pain. Family therapy is the intentional act of breaking those silos. It is a dedicated space where the "whole" is treated as more than the sum of its parts.
I provide a neutral, compassionate sanctuary for the entire family to sit down, speak the unspoken, and realign. Our collective work focuses on:
Navigating the Transition: Processing the "unfolding" of life—from the grief of what was left behind in a move to the fear of what lies ahead in a crisis.
The Shared Narrative:Â Moving away from blame and toward a collective understanding of the situation. We stop asking "Who is at fault?" and start asking "How do we carry this together?"
Healing the Legacy of Trauma: Ensuring that the weight of the past doesn't become the blueprint for your children’s future. We work to break cycles before they become permanent.
A family is like a mobile—when one piece is touched, the whole structure moves. My role is to help you find your balance again. No matter how fractured the foundation feels, there is always a way to rebuild the home.
One room. Every voice. A new way forward.
